I'm having a similar problem in regards to data retrieval. I have 8 eggs set up. They're connected to wifi and they're all displaying numbers so I'm assuming they're collecting data as they should be. However, when I used https://airqualityegg.wickeddevice.com/download to download my data, I receive a error message. The eggs have been up and running for quite some time now and I was able to download data yesterday and the day before. However, now when I input the serial number, start date/time, end date/time, and the file name, I'm not able to download my data. I click download data and a green loading icon shows up, which I think is normal. Then after a few seconds, a message pops up in the back egg serial number: pending / 0 / ---
I know there were problems with requesting downloads of large amounts of data, but I am simply trying to download data from a 2 minute time span.
