More feedback: For the last couple of days I've been unable to access any data for my two "eggs". I tried the download tool, it seems to connect as the text becomes gray and there is a "downloading" message complete with a turning green circle of dots, but nothing else happens even after many hours.
As for the dashboard, it still only shows the placeholder text plus the duration button, again even after many hours.
I even tried from my neighbours's computer, with the same results.
Is there some way for me to cancel the requests and launch a new one?
