'run' was not declared in this scope + newbie questions

Hi,

Be aware that I'm a newbie, and have just purchased my first arduino and the fairebot. I've been doing a lot of flailing around, so I apologize if this is elementary stuff.

I've pasted the fairebot.ino code from github into arduino software and when I try to verify it, it comes back with this:

Also, it's not clear to me what all the other .ino files are for..? Am I to put those in my arduino software and upload them as well?

Thanks for any guidance. Again, I'm really new at this and so am struggling with every step.
