1. 90 - 100%
2. The light goes off.
3. Several hours. I have done a bunch of charge/discharge cycles, and it varies around 5 hours. I have not tested this over a statistical sample of batteries, so it may vary.
4. I am fairly confident it does based on measuring battery voltage over the charge cycle. But I don't know.
