AQEv2 models A & B: clarification on PPM v. PPB

i have an AQEv2 model A and a model B running and connected to opensensors.io ... huzzah!

the documentation for the model A says NO2=PPB / CO=PPM, but the documentation for the model B has a typo:

Sulfur Dioxide(O3)=PPB and Ozone(O3)=PPB

questions:

1. for model B is it SO2=PPB, O3=PPB ?

2. are these the same units that are reported via MQTT?

3. for the model A, the Client ID is egg008028a9ed9b0110, however, the URL http://airqualityegg.com/egg/egg008028a9ed9b0110 says the data isn't available yet (despite the fact that the opensensors.io console has been reporting MQTT traffic for the last 30m. how should i be forming the URL?
