Hi all, just in case others would like to know how I sorted this out (thanks to AQE support), I ran the following commands:
restore defaults
ssid your_ssid
pwd your_password
security wpa2 (or wpa, or wep depending on your network)
Then just unplug your Egg from your computer, plug it into your electrical outlet, and let it attempt to connect for a half hour or so. If it doesn't get connected and start showing numbers on the display in that amount of time after doing those steps, please let us know and we'll try some more troubleshooting.
