I completed clock and setup with Arduino IDE, only the middle meter, i.e., minutes, works. When powered on the hour and second meters slightly move then stay in the same position. Changing the setting via the knob only moves the middle/minutes meter. I put volt meter on hour and second meters and the voltage does change when knob is rotated. Bad meters?
