Hi, thanks very much!
It all started a year ago or so when some neighbours of mine were worried about the quality of the air of the area I am living in. I have no experience with pollution and chemistry, but I do have some with Arduino and DIY electronics. I was aware of AQE v1 (I also know some people who participated in the project) and I was going to buy one, but then I discovered that the sensors weren't reliable. So I decided to build one myself. I started investigating the availability of NO2 sensors and I bought a Mics 2714. Now I am struggling with its calibration, I am trying to co locate it with the City Council's ones and see if I can get something from them (data is publicly available). More recently, I discovered the spec sensors and I have recently purchased one. Only after, I saw AQE v2. I must say it's a very good work you've done. There is a need for reliable and affordable air quality sensors and you guys are in the right direction.
We may consider to buy one, but now we are a bit out of money so we'll see where we can get with our own means. Meanwhile, I should say that you definitely need to advertise your device more. You can find a lot about AQE v1, but very little about v2. The wiki, the online communities, the kickstarter etc. all point to v1.
