Single RF transmitter receiver pair

Hi, I am a novice interested in building a RF transmitter receiver pair. The transmitter would need to single when a variable resister goes low (or high?). The receiver would go high and switch on a...

Are the schemas of the AQE2 open sourced?

If yes, are they available somewhere?

Single RF transmitter receiver pair

@InterestedParty You could certainly build such a thing with an Arduino-like product that is smaller than an Uno, but we don't have anything ready-to-go / off-the-shelf that would suit your...

Are the schemas of the AQE2 open sourced?

@dariosalvi78 yes Air Quality Egg is an Open Hardware / Open Software product. It's a complex product with many boards contributing to its overall design, and many of these boards have had a few...

Are the schemas of the AQE2 open sourced?

thanks for your reply.I was curious to see the NO2 sensor as I was trying to integrate one myself for a small-community project I have in my area. I would be very glad to exchange some design...

Are the schemas of the AQE2 open sourced?

@dariosalvi78 Sure, the NO2 sensor we are currently using is made by SPEC-Sensors. Here is a link to the raw sensor's product page. I've attached to this post a PDF of the current (slightly...

Are the schemas of the AQE2 open sourced?

Hi, thanks very much! It all started a year ago or so when some neighbours of mine were worried about the quality of the air of the area I am living in. I have no experience with pollution and...

Are the schemas of the AQE2 open sourced?

@dariosalvi78 yup, version 2 uses completely different sensors, we've learned a great deal since we started . Calibration is the hardest part for sure, but I think we have a pretty good handle on it...

Motor Shield - Servo Set Up (Sketch)

Hello. I am super new to Arduino and the entire culture of microprocessor environments. I have learned some hard codes in the past (PHP, Linux, CSS, etc.) so this code language shouldn't be too hard...

Motor Shield - Servo Set Up (Sketch)

Hi @breandanmcewen9. So what you want to do is receive and process RC input and then effect Servo motor output. The closest example to doing this that we have is the Omni-wheel robot, which uses the...

Motor Shield - Servo Set Up (Sketch)

Hello and thank you for the response. I believe I understand the points you are making, and I will research this information you have offered. Do you have a literal example of this sketch (a real...

Motor Shield - Servo Set Up (Sketch)

@breandanmcewen9 sure, I just whipped up this simple example that you can use as a starting point. I haven't tested it (and probably can't find time to anytime soon), but I'm reasonably confident it...

Motor Shield - Servo Set Up (Sketch)

Yes that makes perfect sense and thank you so much. I totally grasp the concept of PWM on RF carrier channels as well as the pulse timing signal conversion to servo action. Can you believe that my...

My Results: A - Six micro servos are hooked up to proper pins per instruction card.B - USB remains connected to Arduino during operation and Serial Monitor window up to see channel activity.C - 11.1...

Motor Shield - Servo Set Up (Sketch)

Holy smokes, no pun intended! Taking this all in... the only way I can imagine something like the catastrophic failure you've described happening is a short circuit or an over-voltage condition...

Motor Shield - Servo Set Up (Sketch)

Thanks for the note back. The Tx and Rx are bound properly, this I am sure of after so many years of r/c. The serial data read is not showing reliable results on one of the two channels (1000-2000). I...

Motor Shield - Servo Set Up (Sketch)

@breandanmcewen9 thanks for the follow up as well. I'm going to put this on my To-Do list, I just need to find the time and piece together a demo. If I learn more and/or get a demo running, I'll...

Motor Shield - Servo Set Up (Sketch)

Great man, much appreciated. I agree entirely that I should inevitably advantage the power isolation features of the motor shield. I was originally in "quick test mode". The reality of this conundrum...

No NO2 readings?

So we have 2 eggs, both v2, and neither one is reading NO2. I'm getting between 1-14 as a CO reading. How can I calibrate the eggs? Do they need to be sent back?
