AQEv2 problem initialising

Hi!
After flashing the new firmware from http://github.com/wickeddevice/aqev2fw_no2co_esp, I can't get any readings to display on the egg. It just displays:
TEMP ? RH ?
NO2 ? CO ?

When I look at the serial output it is there and also when logging to sd card:
csv: 11/17/2016 17:35:33,24.66,32.81,35.85,0.00,-0.827808,-1.996708,---,---,---

Also can't get anything to show up on the website http://airqualityegg.com/egg/1447651490

Have you encountered this problem before?
