Hi Paul, thanks for contacting us, I see these are running 2.0.x firmware, which implies they are using the CC3000 chipset for Wi-Fi which TI has stopped supporting, and we've since switched to using an ESP8266 Wi-Fi module instead. We've also come a long way in our calibration process since making that switch as well. So my recommendation would be to send these units back to us for a technology refresh and re-calibration operations. All I'd ask is that you cover the round-trip shipping to the UK and we can arrange that if you send an email to us at support at wicked device dot com and reference this thread.
